Berit Goes Bike!

Ooh, I'm so proud of you! My friend Jennika has finally a blog which is one of the most amazing things that could ever happen! Although the blog is in Swedish and think she'll only be writing gibberish anyways, it's always worth taking a peak at the pictures!

I can say that I admire her! I mean somehow she always arrives to school with the cutest curly hair and the most amazing clothes. From time to time, you might see her wear the same things over again but the clothes that she chooses are really fashionable and has style. She has style! She has her own sense of brand, I would definitely buy her clothes if she ever does a clothing line.. which you better do someday! I'm waiting for that clothing line, thank you!

And not only that, but, looking through her pictures at "bilddagboken", I think she has a life every teenage girl could die for. Jennika's always on the role, she's always got something happening every single freaking day! Well, anyways she has a camera that I'm already dieing for, she has great friends, and she MEETS famous people. Could life be any more fabulous?

my fashion + summer = true love!

I think the only reason I miss summer is because the clothes that I wear during summer are more the kind of clothes that I like to wear. I mean they're more my style. I can't really make a good combination during, I can never make myself feel pretty or comfortably cute! Unless I'm wearing
my 'mjukis' pants as they're called in Swedish. You know, they're the pants you wear when you can't bother wearing anything fashionable on a Sunday evening and you just want to lay in front of the TV in these comfy pants. Comfy pants! That's what they're called... I think.
Anyways, I can't wait until I can finally spend money on shopping. All my time during my sports break I was dreaming away about buying a sewing machine to make clothes for myself. The only reason I wanted to make clothes was because 1. clothes are expensive these days 2. I never find the exact thing I want 3. I'd love making my own clothes 4. I had great ideas 5. I'm poor 6. but where do I get money to buy textile..?
What's your suggestion?

I miss summer!

I miss summer!

I miss those days where wearing just a dress, those extraordinary colorful clothes. No jackets, no scarfs, no knitted hats. I miss the summer where I could walk around with a bikini under my everyday clothes! Walk around in flip flops, no need to worry if you'll freeze your feet.. which I have to do now. My parents aren't really pleased me since I walk around in my black low converse when it's dead raining outside. If it was only summer outside I wouldn't have that conversation with my parents! Another reason for me to move to Thailand in my future!

taaaaaango, here I come!

Now I'm off to my tango class! My friend had been nagging and talking about Argentinean tango since the beginning of this school year. I was really surprised when she had finally found a class, but then when she started convincing me to go with her (which only took her 5 min, I love dancing!) I became really excited! Like I said, I love dancing but I'm so embarrassed to dance in front of others.. I never know if I look like an idiotic fool or actually just fine.
Anyways, here's my chance to do something with my confidence! Good luck to me!

I used to be really interested in jewellary, I used wear it everyday but nowadays I'm really picky. I only wear earing that are the most simplest thing you've every seen. But this necklace has made me go a bit over the top, I'm crazy! I'd love to wear it to prom.
Oh yea, remind me to look for my watch. There's this watch that I wore when I was younger and it's really cute and simple (good for me) but I love it. I have no clue where it is, so I kind have to throw my room upside down to find it! Good luck for me right? ^^

friday night movie..

Not much more happened Friday except that I watched 'A lot like love' for the second time. And I actually think is movie is good, it's not too cheasy, too long and it doesn't have an annoying ending. Sure, this movie did have an annoying cheasy ending but what I'm trying to say is that in this movie it wasn't as killing.
That's not the point of this post. My point is that throughout the movie there was a beautiful camera! And I've wanted to have one of those kinds of cameras since (OMG) a year ago! But the annoying part of all is that my dad apparently doesn't think that I should buy one with my pocket money I get from the government. Well, what money should I buy it with?
"Get a job!" is what he says! Meh! >.<

mixing emotions!

Even though I left home really late as you can see on my latest post, my day has been really long and I've been really dizzy all way through it! I went to my only lesson of the day where I didn't manage to learn anything about Chemistry at all. I was really tired and couldn't manage to get out of my seat afterwards so I stayed with my classmates during their Biology class. Too bad I don't have to go there since I got away with taking the class cause I was really interested.
After spending some hour with my friends in town, I went strolling around myself later looking for something to buy. I've been looking for a spring/autumn jacket for such a long time and I really do think I've found t-h-e jacket for me! Unfortunately, I don't have a picture to show you for you to give me some feedback but do look at their collection. Rut m.fl., which is what the store is called, means something like Squares and more. Interesting name?
Finding this amazing jacket I noticed that I was standing next to about 10 Thai teenagers in the middle of Gothenburg! I recognized the language right away but as soon as I heard more and more words that I understood, I stood there as cute little shy girl and couldn't managed to talk to them. I wanted to say something. Meh.
I've visited Thailand once every year since I was 13. Except last year, my parents went without me and invited my sister and her boyfriend instead. That sounds evil, but the truth is that I turned their offer down. I was naive, in love, and I guess you can call me stupid 7 months ago! I basically gave up my second home country that I only get to visit once a year for my boyfriend that was my first love.
Want to know more? Sorry. It feels like I've got stones on my eyelids, it's completely impossible to keep them open!

I should actually be going to the busstop at the moment, but I decided to stay here and write something. But my keyboard is now playing with me, I need to change the batteries. Ouch!
I mean only this is small thing took me ages to write!

By the way, I was at this concert slash radio performance this monday (is that how you say it?). The 18th of Feb is when I was there. There was like a microphone there and all, and I was a part of the audience but all I got to say or do was clap and whistle. The band was good. I can't really recommend it to anyone since they sing in Swedish, but if any Swedes are reading this then please let me know what you think if you do happen to listen to them someday! And since I'm pretty short I got the honor to stand in front!
The place was cosy as hell too, really homie and emo. Reminded me a lot of the basement floor from That 70's show! Everything was so... from the 70's! Loving it!

Sorry for those few people that actually read my blogg, but I've been gone for a couple days. Gone gone gone in my own thoughts. You know, love problems. And not only that, since I'm not getting what I want I'm also unsatisfied with my newly cut hair! Arg, I cut it short and it won't get curly! It makes me made since my hair is naturally curly!
I want it like the girl above! Only not blonde, I'm a brunette!

princess pie!

Honestly, there's actually such thing as Princess Cake.. in Swedish. And they're disgusting. But don't trust my word, because somehow every other time they do taste less puke-like. And then I never sure if I really should give it a score of 1 out of 10 or just leave it at the puke-like flavour mark.
Princesses. Me and mommy went to dress stores today in Gothenburg, which is where I live in Sweden and didn't find anything. She did find a pretty dress and I couldn't resist agreeing. I tried it on, loved it but that doesn't mean I'm going to buy it. Sorry. When in the world am I going to wear that dress again?
So I went home, showed my mom a picture of Princess Beatrice of York wearing a dress that looked a virgin copy of the dress Hilarie Burton was wearing in One Tree Hill. You remember the green dress that I showed you right? Just scroll down, it's there somewhere. My mom's like, "Oh but it's so simple." That's only because I've already been to three other differents proms (not exaggerating, actually been to three proms.. one every year!) and they're not as special as people think they are! So my legendary plan is to have a pretty but practical dress, one that I can wear again in the future!
So yes, trying to find a picture of this princess Beatrice dress I stumbled on Miss Alexa Chung. Stunning, I'm telling you! She's so my style. Completely... not emo, but what's the word? Casual? Grunge? Anyways, she really looks good in it! Me want!

Oh and by the way, Happy Valentine's Day. Since I'm single, I completely forgot about this so called 'special' day. But yes, my valentine today is my father! Love you daddy!

I heard from my friend that Abercrombie & Fitch is coming to Sweden. Ah, that's where I live! Abercrombie & Fitch has been an American clothing line for many years, I can't tell you when they started but I do know that when this friend of mine started wearing their clothes I started becoming intrested. Since she's from the US, she buys her clothes when she's there on vaccation. Lucky her, cause their clothes aren't that bad looking. Check it out yourself. And while you're on it, look at Hollister and American Eagle. Lovely American Clothes. Yum, now I'm craving some american big muffins!

pink pain!

It's during this time of the month that my stomache hurts like peep! Try to stop thinking about it. So I, like many other bloggers, think about other things. Things that interest us, things that interests you, and especially things that I want. See, my stomache is already feeling much better!
Therefore, I'm going get my ass to my comfortable bed and start thinking about clothes, bags, cameras, duvet covers and many other things so that I can have more things to write tomorrow. Ouch! Pain!

guess who?

The 27 dresses movie that I downloaded last, no I'm not doing illegaly, was bad quality. Too bad cause I was really looking forward to it. Instead I watched a movie that was showing on tv: 'Guess who'. Ever heard of it? It's one of those bad american romantic comedies, just like 27 dresses i reckon.

Do you recognize him? Cause I sure don't! Ashton Kutcher, the young man that's fmaous for his own show on MTV.. Punk'd. You've probably seen it once or twice. That's how many times I've seen it at least. He's also the young dude that has made Demi Moore in love, cause they've been a couple for god knows how long!

Now thats's more like it. He's maybe no the most beautiful man like Heath Ledger, but he has his times and his moments. And he does have a nice smile! Anyways, he was in that movie: Guess Who. If you want to watch it, sure go ahead.. But don't say I didn't warn you!

27 dresses!

I have no clue when the premiere was for 27 dresses. I live in Sweden and we don't really have big premieres for the good movies! Hopefully you can hear my sarcasm! Ohno, this movie doesn't even show at the cinema yet. Which really sucks and that's why I'm actually downloading the movie. Is that illegal? No . . .

So, I haven't seen the movie. I've seen the trailer five million times and the guy is so cute. Watch it yourself! James Marsden is who I'm talking about. He hasn't been in many famous, well-known movies but I do know that he was in a movie called Gossip. And I do really recommend that movie, it's clever, exciting, and has a twist in the end! See it!

Katherine Heigl (the main character in 27 dresses?) is a big star in Grey's Anatomy, which I follow like a heartbeat. Just like all the other tv shows.. Bad Ms. Bettan! I'll let you know if the movie was any good, which it probably will be since I love these kinds of movies. I mean, James is cute, Katherine is hot and who doesn't want 27 dresses in their wardrobe?

d for dress

I had finally fallen in love with a dress, a dress I could imagine me wearing to my prom. I shoed my mom and that's where it all turned upside down. Arg, she thought it looked too sluty. You tell me? I'm seventeen and I just want to wear something not too slutty but still sexy and not too cute but in the middle. Understand? Thank god you do, but my mom, who's making the dress, doesn't! It was my friends' birthday yesterday, so I'm spending my sunday morning on making her a present. I don't know how I got the idea, but I'm working, working and working. I'll show later ,^^. And other than that I'm going to bake a muffin/cupcake and put a candle on it. Like the picture above! Yum
